”Hiring Lauren Lee as our personal chef and nutritionist was one of the best gifts my husband and I ever gave to ourselves! From the outset, she listened carefully to all our nutritional needs as well as our dining styles and preferences. Among our needs were gluten-free dishes, with a minimum of acidity, salt, and sugar.  All ingredients were carefully chosen - organic, fresh, grass-fed where needed, and no preservatives.  Our meals have included a wide variety and interesting mixtures of vegetables, hardy soups, and a selection of chicken, pork and an occasional meat dish.  She even made delicious, gluten-free blueberry-lemon muffins! As people who ate out on a regular basis, we have enjoyed dining at home often with a minimum of effort, eating healthier than we would have done on our own, feeling better without feeling deprived, and in the long run, even saved considerably on our restaurant bills!”
