A little about me…

I am a Nutrition Professional and Personal Chef offering health-supportive meals with a holistic approach to utilizing whole food as medicine for individuals looking to implement dietary and lifestyle changes.

I specialize in meal planning, cooking, pantry makeover and nutrition consulting. I create recipes for clients' specific dietary needs, such as Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Mediterranean Cuisine. Dietary modifications for specific diseases relating to celiac, IBD, SIBO, diabetes and hypertension. I also studied baking and pastry arts at the Institute of Culinary Education and have niche in creating healthier desserts that comply with specific dietary needs.
